Refund policy

At Illume Partyware, we are passionate about ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 7 days in the condition that you received it and we will happily offer you a refund.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended you send your return via a traceable method and retain the proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Illume Partyware does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.

Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be covered by Illume Partyware.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of Illume Partyware receiving the returned item/s. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

Exchanges

Illume Partyware does not offer direct exchanges. All returned items will be automatically refunded as per our return conditions. If you would like to change an item you will need to place a new order. 

Faulty

In the unlikely instance, you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement item. Illume Partyware requires the product to be returned in order to issue a replacement or refund.
